PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in real time a user of a bus with bus operation information, which varies depending on various external factors, without resolving the external factors themselves which pose a problem in terms of a cost or the like.SOLUTION: A user of a bus 8 submits operation information on the bus 8 to a server 5 using an owned terminal device 2. When submitting the operation information, a screen image 2a is displayed on the terminal device 2. A selection column from which a bus stop at which a delay of the bus 8 is grasped is selected is displayed in the upper part of the screen image 2a. The user of the bus 8 selects any of bus stops appearing in a bull-down display. In the center of the screen image 2a, alternatives of plural stages indicating degrees of the delay of the bus 8 are displayed. In the lower part of the screen image 2a, alternatives of items indicating causes of the delay of the bus 8 are displayed. The user of the bus 8 selects any of the alternatives and clicks a "Submit" button, whereby the selected information is transmitted to the server 5. The server 5 distributes collected pieces of submitted operation information to the terminal devices 2 owned by the other users of the bus 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
