BRUSHLESS DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR AND CONTROLLER FOR DRIVING GOLF CART

PURPOSE: A brushless DC(Direct Current) motor and a controller for driving a golf cart are provided to increase the lifetime of the golf cart by suppressing the generation of heat and vibration of a motor. CONSTITUTION: Front wheels are installed on left and right sides of a wheel unit(1-6). A pulley(1-4) provided on one end of the wheel unit(1-6) operates together with a pulley(1-4a) installed on one side of a decelerator(1-3) and a transmission unit. A brushless DC motor(1-2) is connected to one end of the decelerator(1-3). The brushless DC motor(1-2) is sequentially coupled to a front cover, a frame, a middle cover, and an end cover centering around an axis. A speed adjusting unit(1-11) is placed on one side of a handle(1-10) of a golf cart body. The remaining side of the handle(1-10) is provided with a break(1-12). The speed adjusting unit(1-11) and the break(1-12) are connected to a controller(1-9) to control the brushless DC motor(1-2).
