摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kind of a machine-tool smart control system capable of achieving smooth operation by correcting deviation by a real-time detection and a real-time correction method, and a method for controlling the same.SOLUTION: A machine-tool smart control system comprises one rotation unit, one servo motor, one servo drive, and one encoder. The rotation unit comprises one rotary component and one transmission mechanism. A first rotary component is connected to a power output terminal of the transmission mechanism in a state in which it is rotatable, and the transmission mechanism includes at least one second rotary component. The servo motor rotates the first rotary component via the transmission mechanism. The servo drive is electrically connected to the servo motor, and transmits a control command for driving or braking to the servo motor. The encoder is electrically connected to the servo drive, detects and encodes a rotational position of the first rotary component or a second rotary component of the transmission mechanism, and feeds back the encoded rotational position to the servo drive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
