PURPOSE: An anchorage device with an integral wedge is provided to increase a tension force of a tendon by reducing the generation of local stress on the tendon, and to enable the use of various tendons having different diameters. CONSTITUTION: The anchorage device comprises a cylindrical anchorage body and an integral conical wedge(40). The anchorage body is supported by a support plate attached to the end of a concrete structure, and formed with a penetrating bore along a center axis thereof. The wedge is formed with a tendon insertion bore(42) penetrating a center axis thereof and a plurality of vertical incisions(43,44) arranged on the circumference of a wedge body(41) in a zigzag pattern.
