PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle device which suppresses that a radial internal clearance of a roller row part of a double-row cylinder roller bearing at a thrust load support receiving side at an operation becomes excessively small, and can prevent the occurrence of a malfunction such as the deterioration of lubrication and a rotation failure.SOLUTION: The spindle device is used for, for example, a machine tool. In the spindle device, a double-row cylinder roller bearing 4 and thrust load support bearings 5F, 5R are arranged between a front-side portion of a spindle 1 and a housing 2 while being aligned from a front-side end in this order. In the fitment of an outer ring 4a of the double-row cylinder roller bearing 4 and the housing 2, a roller row part 4at a thrust load support bearing side is larger than a roller row part 4at anti-thrust load support bearing sides in a clearance amount, and clearance fit is applied to a roller row part 4at the thrust load support bearing sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
