摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of outputting a signal whose level changes in response to an input signal even though the input common level of the input signal fluctuates. CONSTITUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a transistor MP1 for making current flow to a node N1 from a power supply voltage VDD, a transistor MP2 for making current flow to a ground voltage GND from the node N1, an inverter IN1 for driving the node N1 in response to the input signal, and an inverter IN3 for driving a node N2 in response to the voltage of the node N1.
