An arrangement in a vehicle wheel which is mounted on a bearing at the end of a fixed shaft, comprising a plate element (10) covering a portion of the outer side of the wheel and being intended for the application of advertising text or the like. For the support of the plate element (10) there is provided an extension shaft (1) which at one end (2) is arranged to be secured to said shaft end, and at its other end (9) is arranged for fixed mounting of the plate element (10). A hub-protecting means comprises a cup-shaped member (6) having a bottom part including a tight bearing (4) for journalling of the extension shaft (1), and an inwards projecting sleeve member (5) for tight connection with the vehicle wheel around the bearing thereof. |
