PURPOSE:To promote the facilitation in a suspension unit for its car-mounting layout, by constituting the suspension unit of a means providing an oil supply and discharge port and a leakage oil collecting port in an outer cylinder in a car body side to be prevented from performing the relative displacement from a car body so that the necessity for using a flexible tube for piping is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder tube 10 hermetically seals its upper end to a minor contour part 52 of an outer cylinder cap 50 through an O ring 54 while blocks the bottom end by a guide member 13 so that the cylinder tube 10 forms a pressure chamber 11 which slides in its inside a piston 20. While the outer cylinder cap 50 is secured through its major contour part 51 to the upper end of an outer cylinder 40, further the outer cylinder cap 50 provides in its central part an oil supply and discharge port 53. Further a leakage oil collecting port 60 is provided inside a connector 61 provided in the vicinity of the upper end of the outer cylinder 40, and further a leakage oil collecting chamber communicates with a leakage oil collecting path. While a suspension tube 70 is slidably supported to the outer cylinder 40 through each bearing 74, 75. And a suspension unit mounts the outer cylinder cap 50 to a car body side while a bracket 73 to an axle side. |
