PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling property of a transmission device having a feed oil pipe arranged between one case and the other case. SOLUTION: The transmission device comprises first and second cases 11, 12 incorporating respective gear shift elements into which operating oil is supplied, and an oil path 13 formed in the case 11 and an oil path 15 formed in the case 12, both of which are dislocated from each other and communicated with each other via the feed oil pipe 17. The feed oil pipe 17 has one end 18a connected to the oil path 13 and the other end 18b connected to the oil path 15. An opening portion of the oil path 15 is provided with a tapered portion 20 and the case 20 is provided with cut protons 21, 22 for engaging the feed oil pipe 17 when the case 12 is joined to the case 11. Thus, two cases are joined together and then the feed oil pipe 17 is positioned and fixed in place. |
