PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the measuring instrument control. SOLUTION: A measuring instrument is selected from a master file in accordance with designated rules, and the selected measuring instrument and inspection history and inspection schedules concerning the measuring instrument are read from a first reference file to be displayed. Inspection items are read from a second reference file concerning a designated measuring instrument, the inspection items are displayed, and input of inspection data actually measured concerning the inspection items is requested to an operator. The inputted inspection data is collated with determination standards stored in a third reference file, and the inspection data is determined. Writing results of determination to the first reference file as history is executed by a computer system. |
