Method for detecting the position of an axle (shaft)
摘要
The method describes the detection of the position of a rotary or linear axle in the case of axle drive systems in which an arbitrary position pulse encoder is provided. The axle movement can comprise a multiple of 360@ in this case. For this purpose, the information of the arbitrary position pulse encoder (AW) is fed in the form of equidistant position pulses to a counter (Z) which sums up these position pulses as far as an absolute value (Iabs) at which both the axle (A) and the position pulse encoder (AW) have reached their zero position. The pulses are restricted to the range of +/-180@ by a downstream modular counter (MZ). A respective modular jump (discontinuity) is sent to a register (R2), and the respective angular position inside a modular region is sent to a further register (R3), with the result that the number of revolutions and the current angular position of the axle are available at any time. The method can be used without expensive modifications in existing position detecting devices and positioning controls. <IMAGE>
