PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device for a small article case having a simple structure, reducing the number of part items, capable of reducing the size, and easy in installation. SOLUTION: A door 2 is journaled to an upper rear edge part of a small article case body 1 so that the free end can be opened forward and upward. A hook 3 is tiltably arranged inside the free end vicinity of the door 2. An opening part 17 for allowing an entrance of the hook 3 is formed in an upper part of the small article case body 1. When the hook 3 enters the opening part 17 when closing the door 2, the hook 3 is locked on a hook locking part 18 arranged in an inside edge part of the opening part 17 to lock the door 2. This door lock device is provided with a retainer 8 rotatably journaling a cover body for closing the opening part 17, and having a fitting part on the central inside, a knob case 6 fitted to the fitting part of the retainer 8, and an unlocking knob 4 arranged so as to be slidably pushed in the knob case 6, and provided with an unlocking part 5 for tilting the hook 3 to the unlocking side by engaging with the hook 3 at sliding time. |
