摘要 A digital aperture correction signal is derived from the video signal. It is modified by a circuit with adjustable, non-linear characteristic. The modified signal is added to the video signal. The non-linear characteristic provides aperture correction signal rise from zero to specified value according to correction signal values. A sample characteristic is written into a memory (13), and the aperture correction signal is fed to the memory address inputs via a multiplier (12). From the memory data outputs the modified correction signal is tapped via a second multiplier. Adjustable signals, changing the characteristic can be supplied to the multipliers. ADVANTAGE - Low-cost design for rounded characteristic.
