PURPOSE:To surely decide whether loading of a user program exists or not by allowing a program memory to store a loading confirmation code in advance, and also, adding a loading confirmation code corresponding to this code to a user program to be brought to loading. CONSTITUTION:A loading confirmation code is stored in a first program memory 3, and also, the loading confirmation code is added to a user program, and accordingly, when a normal user program is brought to loading exactly to a second program memory 4, the loading confirmation code is stored in a second program memory 4. In such a way, by comparing and collating the loading confirmation codes stored in a second program memory 4 and a first program memory 3, whether the loading state is normal or not can be decided by a device 1 to be brought to loading.
