METHOD FOR PREPARING OF BLUE N- PROTECTED AMINOTHIAZOLYLALXOXYIMINOACETIC ACIDS

The prepared compounds have the following general formula:<IMAGE>in which R stands for /C6H5/3C- or ClCH2CO- and R1 is C1-C4 alkyl residue, and their application as intermediate precursors in the manufacture of βlactamic antibiotics in their preferred highly biologically active form. Syn N-protected aminothiazolylalcoxyiminoacetic acids with the above mentioned formula are prepared by sililating corresponding 2-aminothiazolylalcoxyiminoacetic acids, directly reacting the sililic esters so obtained with trityl chloride, respectively chloroacetylchloride, in an anhydrous inert organic solvent, followed by carrying out a direct hydrolysis of the latter compound.
