PURPOSE:To suppress the degradation of a detected error minimum and to suppress the fine noise component of a detected movement vector by giving the coring processing of proper size to the detected movement vector corresponding to the size of the detected movement vector of every field. CONSTITUTION:A movement vector obtained at every field (or every flame) by a movement vector detecting device 101 is inputted to a level detecting device 103 to detect the level of the movement vector and a caring circuit 102. Here, when the level is less than a threshold value in a level detecting device 103, the information of L, or when it is more than the threshold value, the information of H is inputted to a counter controller 104 and a coring value is determined in a coring value determining circuit 105 by a counter value and is inputted to the coring circuit 102. Then coring processing is given to the movement vector front the movement vector detecting device 101 in the coring circuit 102 and the movement vector is outputted. Thus, the noise component of the movement vector is deleted. |
