<p>PURPOSE:To improve the safty of works by pivotally mounting a support pivotally mounted on a top carrying tongs and a means for attaching an upstage mast to the upper part of the support on the corner part of a top carrying tongs facing around the mast so as to be rotatable within a vertical plane at the front face of the mast. CONSTITUTION:A top carrying tongs 1 formed in a recess shape by cutting off portions facing the front face 6A and both the sides 6B of a mast which is serially provided vertically on a side W is fixed to the top of an elevator 7 ascend-descending along the mast 6, and ascendably and descendably mounted to be detachable also to the mast 6 through a fixing pin 11. In addition to that, two supporting members 12 are vertically provided at a mast front face 6A on the upper face of a corner part of the top carrying tongs 1, and pivotally mounted on a support 2 through a rotating pin 121. An attaching means 3 for the mast 6 is pivotally mounted on two supports 2 using a pin 31, and a gate type connecting member 4 is fixed to a side opposite to the lower wall face W of the means 3 to be connected to the support 2. Thus the subject device can be miniaturized.</p> |
