PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber having excellent moisture-absorptivity and permeability, high flexibility in spinning, knitting and weaving and good feeling by kneading superfine powder of natural organic substance to a polymer of chemical fiber material and spinning the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Two or more kinds of superfine powder of natural organic substances such as a high-protein material containing oxhide 2 and superfine powder of a water-soluble substance are kneaded to a polyurethane resin fiber 1. The water-soluble substance is removed from the mixture by washing with water during a spinning process to obtain the objective fiber having through holes 3. A fiber having a core-sheath structure can be produced by applying a sheath of said kneaded composition to the surface of other fiber.
