PURPOSE:To eliminate an electromagnetic influence from data, and to improve operability by placing the data on the lower face of a transparent plate, as for such data influenced electromagnetically as a substrate. CONSTITUTION:In the case of generating mounting data by reading a position coordinate of the mounting data from a substrate 5', first of all, the substrate 5' is fixed to the lower face of a transparent plate 1', and the coordinate of the mounting data whose generation is desired is determined by using a deciding device 2. In that case, by the deciding device 2, and an electromagnetic line being on the lower face of the transparent plate 1', a relative coordinate from a reference coordinate on a grating is converted to a coordinate by a converter and read. The read coordinate is transferred to a mounting data generating device 4 and other mounting data than the coordinate is added, and it is generated as mounting data. Moreover, data being free from an electromagnetic influence is placed on the upper face of the transparent plate 1', and by executing the operation, the mounting data is generated. |
