PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble-generating apparatus for a fish shelter to generate fine air bubbles from the deep sea bottom in multiple stages, blow the bubbles upward to spread oxygen from the deep part to the shallow part even in the absence of ocean stream and induce a convection flow in the sea. SOLUTION: A Savonius-type wind rotation apparatus A is mounted on a buoy B floating on the sea and fixed to the sea bottom with an anchor U through a wire W, an air-supplying pump P driven by the Savonius-type wind rotation apparatus A is built in the buoy B, and fine porous members D are fixed to the wire W in multiple stages from the sea bottom T and connected to the air-supplying pump P through an air-supplying pipe. The air supplied from the air-supplying pump P is distributed to the porous members D to generate a large amount of bubbles from the sea bottom. |
