SYNTHESIZING METHOD FOR NUCLEIC ACID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesizing method for nucleic acid without necessitating a complicated temperature control. SOLUTION: This method synthesizes an oligonucleotide having a new structure and the nucleic acid using the same as a primer. The oligonucleotide has a base sequence substantially the same as the region synthesized on the 5' side of the primer using the primer as the start point of the synthesis. The method realizes a synthesis of the nucleic acid based on an isothermal reaction of a simple reagents constitution. The invention also provides a method of synthesis of a nucleic acid having a high peculiarity based on this method of synthesis for the nucleic acid.
