摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power supply means by which, e.g., an input voltage is dropped with good efficiency, by which an input current can be increased and output simultaneously, by which the selection width of a voltage drop ratio and a current increase ratio can be made wide or by which a positive voltage and a reverse voltage can be output alternately. SOLUTION: For example, a closed circuit is formed of a first series circuit by a DC power supply 1 and by a make contact 2, of three diodes 3 whose direction is arranged in a forward direction with reference to its output voltage and of two capacitors 4 which are connected one by one across the three diodes 3. Two sets of series circuits in which two each of the respective capacitors 4 are connected in series so as to sandwich break contacts 5 are connected in parallel with the first series circuit in such a way that the direction of all the diodes 3 is identical. Thereby, an electromagnetic relay by which the make contact 2 and all the break contacts 5 are driven electromagnetically is formed.
