PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from viewing at service termination time when contents transmission service termination time exceeds system service termination time. SOLUTION: An information center 1 receives the terminal ID, the title ID and the channel securing request which are transmitted from a terminal 2 by a transmission request reception means 4 and a service time control means 7 transmits the service time of the contents corresponding to the received title ID to a termination time calculation means 8. In the termination time calculation means 8, the transmission service termination time of the contents is calculated from the service time of the contents and the time requested from the terminal. A transmission permission means 9 does not impart a transmission permission to the transmission request reception means 4 when the transmission service termination time of the calculated contents exceeds the service termination time of a VOD system. |
