PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises, to rationalize the management of persons in charge and to save the power by using a control means which can change the sound volume of the operation guidance, etc., which are given from a voice generation means as the time elapses. SOLUTION: A CPU reads the current date out of its internal clock (S310) and decides a weekday or not (S20). If no weekday is decided, the CPU refers to a sound volume setting table to decide that the sound volume should be reduced on a relevant date, sends a control signal to a voice generation device to reduce the sound volume of announcement and returns to a main routine. If a weekday is decided (5320), it's decided whether the relevant time is equal to the open hours of a public office, i.e., the time covering 8:30 to 17:00. If the time is not equal to the open hours of the office, i.e., the time covering 17:00 to 19:00 (S330), a control signal is sent to the voice generation device to reduce the sound volume of announcement. Then the main routine is reset. |
