The invention refers to a set of devices for transferring freight wagons carrying acids, bases or toxic products, etc. from bogies that travel on the European railways - track width 1435 mm, onto bogies that travel on the C.I.S. railways - track width 1520 mm, or viceversa, among other issues, the solution requires that both railway administrators use the same type of special wagon. According to the invention, the mechanical device set for transferring freight wagons from European bogies (Y-H) to C.I.S. bogies (18-100) and the other way around, is made up, depending on the type of transfer, of a head bearing (A or B), which connects the bearing of the bogie (E or F) to a fixed flange (4) of the chassis (25), as well as a telescopic brake bar (C or D) that is adapted to connect the central linkage of the automatic brake mounted on the wagon to some levers (3) mounted on the bogie (2). The set of devices also contains some lateral slide rods, which are supported by some tie-bars (27) that can move on the vertical due to a wedge (31), which is activated by a threaded rod (32) in the adjusting nut (33) and whose position is fixed by means of a support (30) maintained in contact on the wedge (31) by some springs (34) that are fastened on the ends of the tie-bars (27).
