PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both of a contents provider providing contents and an advertiser inserting an advertisement to the contents to easily find satisfactory opposite parties. SOLUTION: The list of the contents is transmitted to the terminal of the advertiser, the application of advertisement insertion to the selected contents is received and the application is transmitted to the terminal of the contents provider of the contents for which the application is made. At receiving the response of agreeing with the application from the terminal of the contents provider, it is decided to insert the advertisement of the advertiser applied to the contents of the contents provider who receives the response and the advertisement is inserted to the contents according to the decision.
