PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel allocation plan management system by which the optimal vessel allocation plan is efficiently performed. SOLUTION: The vessel allocation plan management system is provided with a computer 4 for a purchase window arranged in a crude oil purchase window (overseas department) 12, computers 5, 6 for windows of oil factories 11, 13, a network 1 formed by connecting the computer 4 for the purchase window with the computers 5, 6 for the window of the oil factories and a server 2 to receive production management information of petroleum products inputted by the computers 5, 6 for the window of the oil factories via the network 1 and to transmit the production management information to the computer 4 for the purchase window. Since information required for vessel arrangement is transmitted from the computers 5, 6 for the windows of the oil factories to the computer 4 for the purchase window in a form as it is via the network 1 and the server 2, human errors such as wrong hearing on a telephone and loss of paper on a facsimile are evaded. |
