PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex ball bearing which is low in manufacturing cost, and unnecessary for directional arrangement during the engagement. SOLUTION: Two-row ball bearings are deep groove ball bearing symmetrical in the right-and-left direction, and the width of an inner ring 1 of each bearing is slightly smaller than the width of an outer ring 2. The pre-load is applied with the angle of contact on the two-row bearings irrespective of the direction arrangement when assembling the bearings by tightly fitting side surfaces of the outer rings 2 to each other, and reducing the width of side surfaces of the inner rings 1. |
