PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily micronize to 1 mm or smaller, to easily machine into the shape of a reflection plane, and to produce at low cost as for a micro mirror. SOLUTION: The micro mirrors 205 and 206 have reflection planes 103 and 104 and have edge parts 101 and 102 as two projected parts on the side of installation plane on a flat base plate 208. The summit of each of the two edge parts 101 and 102 is installed in contact with the install plane of the flat base plate 208. The mirror is so composed that the relation tanθ=w/d is satisfied, where θstands for an installation angle, d stands for the projected distance between the edge parts 101 and 102 derived when the positions of the edge parts 101 and 102 are perpendicularly projected upon an auxiliary line A which is drawn perpendicularly to the reflection plane 103, and w stands for the distance derived when the positions of the edge parts 101 and 102 are perpendicularly projected upon the reflection plane 103. |
