Sealing arrangement for a heat recovery cell (20) in a ventilation device (10) comprises seals equipped with elastic sealing bands supported on their underside on the supporting construction of the ventilation device. Preferred Features: The sealing arrangement has an upper seal (21) arranged on an upper part of the heat recovery cell, a lower seal (22) arranged on a lower part, and at least one side seal (23) arranged on both sides of the heat recovery cell.
