FIELD: transport engineering; industrial transport. SUBSTANCE: truck has frame, wheels and turning gear. Wheels are installed in holders turnable relative to frame. Turning gear is made in form of levers installed at inner side of holders in direction of movement at rail head level and hinge connected by cross tie-rod. Device provides reduction of resistance to vehicle movement owing to elimination of wheel sliding on curvilinear sections of track. EFFECT: reduced rail track curvature minimum radius and truck base restrictions, decreased wear of rails and wheels, provision of smooth running of truck. 2 dwg
