FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition has the surface antigen of hepatitis B virus and protein of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as active components. Glucose and polyglucin at their mass ratio = (1:1)-(10:1) are used as vehicles and stabilizing agents. Indicated components are used as dried substances. Also, composition has additional substances. Composition has 100-200 mcg HBsAg of surface antigen of hepatitis B virus, 0.05-12 mg protein of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 10-50 wt.-% of glucose with polyglucin and up to 100 wt.-% of additional substances per unit of ready form. Antigen is obtained, in part, by culturing the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae VKPM Y-2203. Composition can contain 0.8-1 wt.-% of calcium stearate, 50-55 wt. -% of dehydrated lactose as additional substances and composition is made as a tablet. Tablet is covered by acetylphthalylcellulose shell taken at mass 0.4-0.5% of total sum of all tablet components. Composition is stable, can be stored for a long time, easily for using and does not cause adverse reactions. This tablet form shows more facility as compared with injection forms and provides safety and rapid vaccination of many people without using the special equipment and qualified staff for immunization carrying out.
