FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment of patients with infectious-septic diseases with the secondary immunodeficiency. To patients with carditis of different etiology and heart failure and concomitant chronic sepsis the following drugs are administrated for 10 days: ceruloplasmin at the dose 1.5 mg/kg every other day, reaferon at the dose 500000 IU by rectal route (two suppositoria per 24 h), vitamin E and tinalin at therapeutic doses.
