FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of side-to-side anastomosis between stomach and small intestine by suturing small intestine loop to stomach greater curvature; laying on stomach anterior wall and small intestine wall of holders at base and top of each supposed graft; orientation of base in oral and top in aboral directions; formation of full layer stomach and small intestine grafts on wide base outside of holder; tying together of holder threads by graft; formation of valve; formation of second row of rear lip of anastomosis; formation of front lip of anastomosis by two-row interrupted sutures. EFFECT: prevented postoperative complications. 12 dwg
