<p>Microsatellite sequences and associated flanking sequences isolated from forestry species are provided, together with methods for the use of such sequences in the detection of polymorphic genetic markers. Kits comprising oligonucleotide primers and/or hybridization probes for use in such methods are provided. Storage media having microsatellite sequences, flanking sequences, primers, probes, and the like, are also provided.</p> |
