PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a GPS pseudo satellite signal from a transmission antenna without being affected by reflection by setting the transmission power of a pseudo light transmission antenna to the minimum reception power where a GPS receiver can measure distance near each opposing pseudo transmission antenna. SOLUTION: In an electronic wave reflection object 103 such as a tunnel, pseudo lights 1a, 1b, 1c,...1x, and 1y for generating the pseudo satellite signal of a GPS, and pseudo light transmission antennas 2a, 2b, 2c,...2x, and 2y are arranged. Also, in a GPS receiver 101, a GPS reception antenna 102 is provided, the GPS pseudo satellite signal being radiated from the pseudo antenna 2a is received, distance from the pseudo transmission antenna 2a to the GPS reception antenna 102 is measured, the GPS pseudo satellite signal from the pseudo transmission antennas 2b, 2c, and 2d are similarly received, and distance from pseudo transmission antennas 2b, 2c, and 2d to the GPS reception antenna 102 is measured. |
