PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless network which has at least one base station (1 to 3) and allocated terminals (4 to 14) and exchanges user data and control data. SOLUTION: The base stations (1 to 3) are so constituted as to send the start time of at least one signaling sequence of at least one terminal (4 to 14). In order to evaluate the signaling sequence sent by the terminal, the base station has a device which correlates received signaling sequences and detects pulses generated from the received and correlated signaling sequences and the respective terminals (4 to 14) generate a signaling sequence by convoluting two code sequences.
