<p>Insecticidal compositions containing as the insecticidal ingredients (E)-N1-[6-(chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N2-cyano-N1-methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen together with inactive carriers, in particular, insecticidal compositions containing (E)-N1-[6-(chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N2-cyano-N1-methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen at a weight ratio of 1:0.01 to 1:10; a method for controlling insect pests by applying an effective dose of (E)-N1-[6-(chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N2-cyano-N1-methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen onto plants or around the same; and a method for controlling ectoparasites by administering an efficacious dose of (E)-N1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N2-cyano-N1-methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen to host animals.</p> |
