PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a state of spilling a beverage even if an occupant erroneously presses an upper support member downward in the state of supporting a beverage vessel on the upper support member and a lower support member in cup holder structure of enclosed type constitution provided with the upper and lower support members and a support link. SOLUTION: This cup holder structure is provided with a support stay 7 put in an enclosed attitude along the lower support member 2 in the enclosed position of the lower support member 2 and put in the vertical direction across the upper and lower support members 5, 2 in the service position of the lower support member 2 so as to be put in a service attitude of supporting the upper support member 5 to the lower support member 2.
