PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mineral oxide having lower solubility in water than a chloride by efficiently separating mineral components, such as calcium and magnesium, from seawater. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the mineral oxide has a process step of separating the seawater to fresh water and a concentrate by reverse osmosis membrane, a process step of obtaining a high-mineral-content liquid by removing a sodium chloride from the concentrate, a process step of obtaining a high-mineral chloride by heating the high-mineral-content liquid and a process step of calcining and oxidizing the high-mineral chloride. |
