PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky sheet capable of relaxing stress generated by shrinkage, etc., of a substrate layer, reducing concentration of stress and particularly, suppressing change in transmittance and unevenness of a color of a liquid crystal cell. SOLUTION: This tacky sheet 1A is used by attaching it to a liquid crystal cell and is obtained by joining a tacky agent layer 3 on the one surface of a substrate layer 2 constituting a polarizing plate, attaching a release sheet 4 to the surface on opposite side to the substrate layer 2 of the tacky agent layer 3 and constituting the tacky agent layer 3 of layers 31 and 32. For example, a tacky agent mainly composed of an acrylic tacky agent is used as the tacky agent constituting these layers 31 and 32. Relaxation modulus of the layer 32 is made lower than that of the layer 33. Namely, relaxation modulus G (100) of the layer 31 after 100 sec is 2.0×105 to 5.0×106 dyn/cm2 and relaxation modulus G (100) of the layer 32 after 100 sec is 7.0×104 to 2.0×106 dyn/cm2. |
