<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-lumber moisture content determination device and an in-lumber moisture content determination method capable of easily preventing shipping of a lumber having a moisture content higher than a prescribed reference value. SOLUTION: This in-lumber moisture content determination device is equipped with a first moisture content measuring means 20 for transmitting a microwave through a moisture content determination object lumber 70, and determining a first moisture content by the attenuation of the microwave, a second moisture content measuring means 30 for determining a second moisture content by calculating a Young's modulus from the characteristic frequency and the weight of the moisture content determination object lumber 70, and a moisture content determination means 40 for executing moisture content determination based on the first moisture content, when both the first moisture content and the second moisture content are below the reference value.</p> |
