<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that increasing level converting operation speed at the time of reading out data is hard. SOLUTION: A level converter 43 has a first path 71 having a high level shifter 61 and a low level shifter 62, a second path 72 constituted of only a high level shifter 63, and a switch circuit 73 selecting output voltage of the first and the second paths 71 and 72 in accordance with a control signal CS. The switch circuit 73 selects the second path 72 when high speed operation is required like read-out operation. Therefore, required voltage can be outputted at high speed at the time of read-out operation.</p> |
