PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for allowing an enterprise to efficiently grasp questions whose duplication level is high, and preferentially facilitate countermeasures to those questions at the time of performing IR activity in a Q and A format. SOLUTION: A category set corresponding to an enterprise is provided with a means for classifying and storing IR information provided by the enterprise, a means for accepting information including questions from a user to the enterprise, a means for selecting the category based on the accepted information, and for judging whether or not the IR information corresponding to the selected category is stored, a means for reading the IR information, and for outputting it to a user when it is judged that the IR information is stored, a means for incrementing the number of times of the category selection to be stored corresponding to the category when it is judged that any IR information is not stored, and a means for outputting a request for the provision of the IR information classified into the category whose number of times of category selection is not less than a prescribed value to the enterprise. |
