PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to set the latitude and longitude of a place for GPS in order that a moving body such as a bus approaches the place, a map is expensive in a method read from a conventional digital map, and input errors occur in numerical values in reading from a paper map. SOLUTION: The moving body such as the bus mounting a GPS receiver is actually operated to the place, and latitude and longitude information is acquired by GPS self. The latitude and longitude is set to a system by making the depression of button a signal. If the latitude and longitude of the place are acquired already, the measured errors of GPS are decreased by taking average thereof.
