PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable environment control system which makes various network connection units, depending on the partitioning of a building into parts, performs change setting in terms of software, easily adds, changes and deletes useful application adjusted to the desire of a user, even if the partitioning of the building is physically changed and is suitable for network service and support. SOLUTION: The facility unit 20 is arranged in the space of the building, which is divided into a plurality of comfortable environment cells, via a gateway 1 at every comfortable environment cell 2, and an environment cell control unit 22 is constituted. The gateways 1 are connected to a common comfortable environment server 3. The comfortable environment server 3 is provided with a comfortable environment database 30. Setting information on a comfortable environment unit A, specified by combining a plurality of the comfortable environment cells 2, is preserved in the comfortable environment database 30, so that it is rewritable. Every specified comfortable environment unit A is synthetically controlled in accordance with setting information.
