PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform change of storage of customer data without stopping a system and to take over the customer data at the latest state of the customer data. SOLUTION: In the system having required pieces of customer data by every customer and to perform a transaction processing to the customer data by checking the customer data corresponding to given information by using service controllers 1, 2 consisting of a plurality of computer systems to perform the transaction processing such as reference or update to the customer data, a data update stopping flag to decide propriety of the update of the data is made possible to be set and a managing device 7 is provided in the customer data, and the managing device is provided with functions to once stop the update of the data about the object customer data of the change of the storage by setting a data update stop flag in the object customer data of the change of the storage, to change the storage of the object customer data of the change of the storage when the storage of a desired piece of the customer data among pieces of the customer data by every customer is changed to a desired service controller between the service controllers 1, 2, to set release of the data update stop flag and to return the function to a state to enable the update of the data when the change of the storage is completed.
