PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet camera system having a file server, an integrated Internet camera capable of sending video data to the file server, and a terminal device capable of reading the video data stored in the file server at any time by control. SOLUTION: The control of a terminal device to read the stored video data is made possible by providing a terminal device with a sending means for sending prescribed data to a file server, by providing the file server with a call means for making a call to the modem of an Internet camera after receiving the prescribed data, and also by providing the Internet camera with a distribution control means for shooting the video image and distributing it to the file server when the Internet camera detects a call to the modem.
