PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a swash plate to be ideally elevated/lowered by preventing the occurrence of differential due to mechanical mixing in a mechanism for controlling the upward and downward movement of the swash plate via a collective pitch level. SOLUTION: A servo frame part 18 supports servo frame arms 16, 17 in a freely tiltable manner. The fulcrum 3c of the collective pitch lever 3 is arranged to be freely movable forward/backward with respect to a mast 1. An aileron lever 6 which connects an end part 3a on a point-of-application side of the collective pitch lever 3 to the swash plate 4, and an elevator lever 9 are integrally attached to a slider case 20 which is freely slidably mounted on the mast 1.
