PURPOSE: A sleepiness-eliminating unit is provided to effectively eliminate sleepiness of workers, drivers, and students by forming the unit in a band shape of enabling simple wearing on a part of the body like user's head or neck and by making a part of the user's body cool via a thermoelectric module. CONSTITUTION: A sleepiness-eliminating unit comprises a band(10) easily put on a part of the body like head, neck, shoulder, and the like; an elastic member(20) installed to the inside of the band and made of a metal material having uniform elasticity and excellent thermal conductivity; a thermoelectric module(30) installed to one side of the band; and a power supply unit connected to the thermoelectric module by a leader wire(41) to supply power. One side of the thermoelectric module produces chill and the other side produces warmth while the thermoelectric module comes in contact with the elastic member.
